We at URBAN LiKE are a lifestyle creation company dedicated to crafting wonderful stories for people, set against the backdrop of living spaces that exceed their ideals.
With the desire to "change the conventions of the housing industry," we founded URBAN HOME in 2008. Under the concept of "building homes with a foreign aesthetic using high-quality Japanese materials," we earned strong support primarily from young families in their 20s and 30s, and quickly became the number one housing company by sales volume in the southern Fukuoka and northern Kumamoto area. We continued to expand our reach and now receive over 100 orders per year, with more than half coming through referrals — a testament to our overwhelmingly high customer satisfaction. While URBAN HOME remains our housing brand, we changed our company name to URBAN LiKE Inc. in February 2019. Today, we are returning to our corporate philosophy: "Creating wonderful stories for people, set against the backdrop of living spaces that exceed their ideals."

When we expanded into Okinawa Prefecture in 2018, we found ourselves in an environment where our existing brand recognition held no weight. We explored various fields where we could maximize our strengths and gained a wealth of experience. As a result, we became involved in multiple projects including hotel developments on remote islands, resort developments, and collaborations with real estate companies — giving birth to entirely new business models that continue to grow to this day. Reflecting on these experiences, we reaffirmed that the value we provide extends far beyond home building. It lies in creating what should exist but doesn't yet, and delivering lifestyles that exceed expectations. In other words, we aim to transcend the boundaries of a housing company and become a lifestyle creation company built on architecture and real estate.

Going forward, we plan to enter the hospitality business, develop resort-style homes for extraordinary living experiences, launch a container house brand, and create third places. Throughout all of this, we will consistently provide real value in lifestyle-related fields and strive to become an indispensable company for local communities.
