Our company endorses the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and declares our commitment to working towards achieving them.
What are SDGs?
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are international goals aimed at creating a sustainable and better world by 2030. They were adopted unanimously by member states at the UN Summit in September 2015 as part of the "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development," succeeding the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) established in 2001. Composed of 17 goals and 169 targets, the SDGs pledge to "leave no one behind" on Earth. The SDGs are universal, applying not only to developing countries but also to developed countries, and Japan is actively working towards them.

Priority Action Plan
Regarding our approach, we have carefully considered its sustainability, taking into account its compatibility with our business, with advice from Nishinippon City Bank, Ltd. For the evaluation of our approach, we have received cooperation from the Kyushu Economic Research Association, a public interest incorporated foundation, based on an evaluation model that aligns with the UN SDGs targets and indicators and the policies of the Japanese government's SDGs Promotion Headquarters.

Promoting the widespread availability of housing for people with disabilities
- Our company aims to promote the widespread adoption of group homes (GH), a social issue, by acting as a platform provider and connecting investors and welfare service providers.
- Building a system that ensures sustainable Global Health for all participants.
The timber used is sourced from companies committed to sustainable forest management.
- The timber we use is sourced from Polatec Co., Ltd. and Lambex Japan Co., Ltd.
- Polatec Co., Ltd. has obtained CoC certification, and Lambex Japan Co., Ltd. is a registered business under the Clean Wood Act.
- By sourcing from both companies, we are contributing to sustainable forest management throughout our entire supply chain.
Providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities
- 70% of the cleaning work at our construction sites is outsourced to a disability support service provider (Bloom LLC).
- Contributes to increasing employment opportunities and income levels for people with disabilities.
